Christina Ricci Dressed Up as Morticia Addams Causes Jaws to Drop, Even If the Photo May Be Totally Fake

The Internet started buzzing Monday morning when a picture of what appeared to be the actress dressed up as Morticia Addams from The Addams Family began surfacing online. Wearing a sleek, tight dress with a plunging neckline and dark lipstick, Ricci looked quite mysterious as she posed for the black and white photo.

After the photo began to spread like wildfire, Yahoo discovered that the viral picture is indeed a Photoshopped image based on a publicity still of Anjelica Huston from the ‘90s.

Despite the revelation, it didn't stop many from sounding off on the one-of-a-kind image.

Fans may recall the year when Ricci played 11-year-old Wednesday Adams in the Adams Family movie.

Fast-forward to today and the actress is clearly all grown up and successful thanks to roles on Pan Am, Ally McBeal and The Lizzie Borden Chronicles TV mini-series.

She also has expanded her family with husband James Heerdegen. That's right, she recently welcomed a baby boy.
